Firstory MCP helps writers analyze character consistency through an MCP-compatible server and embedded app.

Data We Process

• Account data from Supabase authentication, including user ID, email, and tier.
• Character profiles, notes, story excerpts, and analysis feedback that you submit through MCP tools.
• Feedback audit metadata (action, dimension, content hash, and length — not full manuscript text) in character_feedback_events.
• Billing metadata from Stripe, including customer ID, payment status, checkout session ID, and webhook event IDs.
• Operational telemetry, logs, and error reports from Vercel, Sentry, and PostHog when configured.

How We Use Data

• Provide character profile storage, consistency analysis, and writer feedback workflows.
• Authenticate users and apply free or Pro tier access.
• Process payments and keep billing state synchronized.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Firstory MCP does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Deletion and Access

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, contact the operator through the support channel used to provision your account or the contact details on your Stripe receipt. Do not send story drafts, payment details, access tokens, or private account data through public channels.

Third-Party Processors

The service may use Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Sentry, PostHog, Upstash QStash, and configured email providers to operate the product.

Changes

Material changes to this policy should be reflected on this deployed public page before broader distribution.
